Jason is co-founder and Managing Partner of SC. He leads overarching firm and investment strategy. With a career spanning consumer brands, sports, and entertainment, Jason serves on the boards of SC-backed companies including Athletic Greens, Hyperice, and United Pickleball Association, as well as Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier and Kent Hospitality Group. He is also a Special Advisor to Maverick Carter and LeBron James’ The SpringHill Company.
Previously, Jason founded and led Cycle Media, a media and advertising holding company that grew to 600 employees across the U.S. and Europe, and was acquired by Wasserman in 2015.
Based in Brooklyn with his wife and three children, Jason is passionate about using sports and business to create positive change. He enjoys giving back and serves on the board of New Heights Youth, a nonprofit that empowers Brooklyn’s youth through sports, education, and mentorship.
Dan is co-founder and Managing Partner at SC. He leads investment strategy and transactions across the firm. With extensive experience in retail, hospitality, and global dealmaking, Dan chairs the boards of Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier, as well as Kent Hospitality Group, and he serves as a board member of Cirkul.
Prior to SC, Dan was the CEO of Eastbridge Group, a family holding company with $1.5 billion in assets under management. At Eastbridge, Dan led the operations and subsequent divestitures of Eastbridge's Eastern European assets, including the sale of Smyk Group to Bridgepoint Partners for approximately $300 million, and Empik and Empik Schools to its existing partner Penta Group.
Dan lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two children. An avid tennis player with a passion for bringing the sports to urban areas and underserved communities, Dan currently sits on the Board of the USTA Foundation. Previously, Dan worked at Alexandria Real Estate Equities. He holds an MBA from Wharton and an AB from Harvard College.
Adrian is a Partner at SC. Prior to joining SC, Adrian worked at Tempo Music Investments, a media and entertainment intellectual property platform backed by Providence Equity Partners. Before Tempo, Adrian worked in Credit Suisse's Financial Sponsors Group advising private equity clients on structuring and financing M&A transactions.
Additionally, throughout his career Adrian has spent time at Appnexus, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and Barclays Capital in a variety of investment and advisory roles. Adrian holds an MBA from UC Berkeley-Haas and BA from Brown University.
Sheiling is a Senior Associate at SC. Prior to joining SC, Sheiling managed analytics, planning and core commerce product initiatives at retail platform Verishop, and was a Financial Planning & Analysis manager at Octave Group (now TouchTunes). Sheiling began her career at Rothschild & Co. in New York, where she was an analyst in the Consumer Group. Sheiling holds a BS in Economics from Columbia University.
Harden is an Associate at SC. Prior to joining SC, Harden served as an Investment Manager for DTH Capital. His responsibilities included financial modeling, property level accounting, investor and third-party financial reporting, and tax compliance across all DTH entities. Prior to DTH, Harden spent time at Novogradac & Company. Harden holds an MS and BA from NYU Stern, and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Ben is an Associate at SC. Prior to joining SC, Ben was an Associate at North Equity, an investment firm focused on acquiring and operating media and consumer companies. Additionally, Ben led M&A and Corporate Development initiatives for North's investment platform, Recurrent Ventures, which raised $400M for strategic acquisitions and was backed by Blackstone.
Ben holds a BA in Engineering and Economics from Dartmouth College.
Roman is a Senior Associate at SC. Prior to joining SC, Roman was a Senior Consultant at Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm, where he focused on corporate strategy and transformation projects across a wide range of industries. Roman started his career at Syneos Health Consulting where he helped biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients bring novel therapies to market.
Roman holds a BS in Neuroscience from Brown University.
Bruno is an analyst at SC. Prior to joining SC, Bruno worked for 3PI/Griffin Capital Partners, an investment and asset management platform operating in CEE and Germany in the realms of real estate, energy, infrastructure, consumer and technology. Bruno has also worked at Capital Markets Trading in London, an equity derivatives trading firm.
Bruno holds a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge, as well as a MSc in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago.
Andrew is SC's General Counsel. Andrew has represented SC in all legal matters including corporate structuring, growth equity investments, and buyouts. In 2017, Andrew joined Eastbridge Group, where he has overseen all U.S. and international legal matters, working on all acquisitions, financings, joint ventures and investments. Prior to that, Andrew served as the General Counsel for Macklowe Properties and Rockrose Development Corp., both New York-based real estate developers and owners, where he helped lead financings and joint ventures.
Andrew previously worked in the finance group at Latham & Watkins. Mr. Fishkoff holds a JD from Harvard Law School and BA from Brown University.
Gregory is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of SC, responsible for leading the firm’s finance function, and managing investor relations and compliance. Prior to joining SC, Gregory was a Senior Vice President and Head of Investment Operations for Blackstone's Private Equity group. At Blackstone, Gregory spent 11 years in various finance and accounting roles, most recently helping create and oversee the Investment Operations group, a middle office finance function supporting the investment and capital markets teams.
Before Blackstone, Gregory was at JP Morgan in the Private Equity & Real Estate Services group and SS&C Technologies in private equity fund accountant roles.
Gregory holds a BS in Accounting and an MS in Financial Accounting from Rutgers Business School. Gregory is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Corey serves as the General Counsel of SC, overseeing the firm’s legal operations and managing compliance. Prior to joining SC, Corey was Counsel at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP within its Private Equity group. At Weil, Corey advised private equity funds through the intricate processes of acquiring and divesting portfolio companies, as well as offered strategic advice on the management of these assets. Before Weil, Corey was a member of the Private Equity group at Winston & Strawn LLP.
Corey holds a J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Michael DeBello is a Fund Manager at SC. Before joining SC, Michael was an Operations Associate for the Operations Team at The Raine Group. At Raine, Michael was responsible for the finance, operations, and accounting functions for the venture and growth funds. Before Raine, Michael was at Ernst & Young as an assurance senior in their FSO Assurance practice focusing on private equity and credit funds. Michael holds a BS in Business Administration and an MS in Accounting from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. Michael is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Beate is an Investor Relations Associate at SC. Prior to joining SC, Beate was an analyst at Campbell Lutyens, an advisory firm focused on fund placement, secondary, and GP capital advisory. At Campbell Lutyens, Beate primarily focused on LP- and GP-led secondary transactions. Beate holds BAs in Business Economics and International Relations from Brown University.
Matt is an Assistant Fund Controller at SC. Prior to joining SC, Matt was a Finance Manager at Redbird. He was primarily responsible for the fund administration and reporting. Matt also worked as an Associate in the fund accounting group at Cowen Inc., as an Accounting Analyst at Millennium Management, and as a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG LLP. Matt holds a degree in Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University with B.S. in finance and accounting.
Carolyn is the Operations Manager at SC. Prior to joining SC, Carolyn worked at several hedge funds, including Shrewsbury River Capital, Alden Global Capital, and SAC Capital Advisors, and at Brown Brothers Harriman in a variety of human resources, compliance and office manager roles.
